Repeal and replace "The Star-Spangled Banner"

I've never had the slightest bit of interest in sports. Much less football, I don’t mean what we call soccer. I find the sport boring, I think too much money is being made (see https://www.forbes.com/sites/kurtbadenhausen/2017/09/18/the-dallas-cowboys-head-the-nfls-most-valuable-teams-at-4-8-billion/#591e8c95243f). Why should the teams and players make so much? But lately there is more interest in the personalities of the players, they seem much more socially Conscientious.

I would not have been aware of the notorious third verse of our National Anthem had not Colin Kaepernick taken a stand, or should I say kneel. I would not even know his name. Gone are the days of the likes of O.J. Simpson and general lack of social awareness among sports luminaries. I see them in a new light.

It’s time we consider to repeal this offensive song as our Anthem and replace with something more musical and inoffensive like America the Beautiful, which by the way whose music was written by a Newark Native. The National Anthem was not sung at a ball game until the 1918 World Series, and there is no law stating that it must be sung or played at sporting events.
